Referral credit is applied to the referring patients account on the same day that the New Patient completes their no cost consultation. Referral patients will receive $25 of credit on their account for every new patient they refer, which is identified in writing by the new patient at the time of their no cost consultation. The $25 credit, and any additional referral credits, may be used for weekly visits, transition visits, long term maintenance visits, annual visits, multivitamin, calcium pyruvate, therapuetic B6 injections, or therapuetic B12 injection only. Referral credit may NOT be used for the purchase of Zone products. Referral credit is for in office use only and has no cash value.
